The concept of wellbeing represents a proactive stance towards health in all its aspects, and explores ways we can actively work towards a happy and fulfilling life.
The purpose of this site is to bring together information about a range of wellbeing related activities in and around The University of Melbourne. These involve physical, psychological and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing. This program is coordinated by Counselling and Psychological Services.
