This workshop will assist supervisors to understand and articulate their leadership perspective to inspire a sense of purpose and direction for their team, developing a shared understanding of what needs to be achieved. It will assist them to recognise the stage of change their people are currently at and to develop positive strategies to support their team to engage with the changes and the new environment.
