Maintaining wellbeing and preventing stress is an ongoing challenge for almost all busy people. This workshop examines the latest ideas for setting up effective long term structures to enhance wellbeing and manage stress.
Participants will explore the concept of setting up balance in their life; examine how personality style affects how they react look at the latest ideas on the effects of physiology, nutrition and thinking patterns on managing mood and building resilience and review the latest information on improving long term life satisfaction, happiness and wellbeing. By sharing ideas through group discussions, completing questionnaires, and trying out new techniques in the workshop, participants will to able to develop individual action plans with tailored strategies for enhancing wellbeing and managing stress.
