Lunchtime Guided Meditation

Free guided meditation half hour drop-in sessions......for those who feel the need to quieten and re-energise their mind and re-empower the self.  No previous experience necessary.  All welcome.  For enquiries and bookings, please contact Kalvinder Shields, email: k.shields@unimelb.edu.au

NB. Please note that the sessions will start promptly at 1.30pm.  For those who wish to come early and meditate to gentle music before the 1.30pm session starts are welcome anytime from 1.00pm.

PS. Please also note that there is a silent meditation hour (organised by the Buddhist Society) on Thursdays 1.30pm-2.30pm, Leigh Scott Room, to which all are welcome once again.  People are free to come and leave anytime during the hour.
