Tai Chi at Melbourne University

Tai Chi Chu'an- one of the world's oldest martial arts.  Classes incorporate relaxation and breathing exercises, gently improving strength, flexibility and posture as well as reducing stress and tension.  The perfect release for body and mind from a desk-bound occupation!

Class Information:
Tuesday    7.30 - 9.00AM, Sports Centre: Body Mind Studio
Thursday   4.30 - 6.00PM, Sports Centre: East Stadium

Membership Costs: (first class is free)
Half membership (1 class/wk):    $55 p/semester
full membership  (2 classes/wk): $100 p/semester
