Weight Watchers at Work Program
If you would like to-
- lift your energy and vitality
- learn about healthy eating habits that enable you to regulate your weight for life
- understand how food effects your performance
- know how much exercise or movement you need to be healthy
- know how to decrease your chances of getting serious illnesses
- lose 5kg or more without losing your lifestyle
- be part of fun groups (both male and female) that meet weekly and provide mutual support
The groups currently meets Wednesdays from 12.30-1.15PM and 1.15-2.00PM
