The use of  alcohol and drugs is a common method to attempt to manage stress. However this can easily become problematic. There is a lot of information on the use and potential abuse of drugs and alcohol online. Often people who are fond of drug or alcohol use have distorted views on personal safety and other health considerations; to ensure that you are safe while using drugs and alcohol, it is important to equip yourself with relevant and accurate information.
